HISTORY Luis Duggan (10 gs) and Heriberto "Pepe" Duggan (9 gs) members of a traditional Argentinean family, established, as leading polohorses breeding. In particular they have built up a reputation in providing a personal service to all those interested to breed, play or acquire a polohorses and have helped in the establishment of high class portfolios of breeding polohorses. LUIS DUGGAN Was member of the Duggan's family who played ten goals (1943) and won the Argentina Open Polo championship in 7 opportunities, 1939 to 1951 with the following teams El Trebol (1939-1943); Venado Tuerto (1949) and Pinguinos (1951). Luis Duggan also won in 1939 the gold medallion in the Berlin Olympic Games, Hurlingham Open, Argentina Trophy in Chile, Argentina Republic Cup, Amistad, Anchorena, Camara de Diputados Cup, Ladies Nomination HERIBERTO "Pepe" DUGGAN Was considerer the best Argentina polo rider in the history and the best polo player in 1942. Pepe Won The Argentina Open Polo Championship in 5 opportunities with El Trebol Polo Team. With 9 goals Pepe won the International series against the United States Team in 1949, The Spain Coronation Cup (1953), Hurlingham Open, Camara de Diputados Cup, Argentina Republic, Amistad etc. |
